I went to ㅎㅌ, and they mentioned septal extension grafting They also talk a lot about septal extension grafting on YouTube, so I thought that would probably be the case But after taking a CT, they said my nasal septum is thin.. Hmm, they said surgery is possible, but hearing that my septum is thin makes me worried.. I also kind of want to do it with a columellar strut rather than septal extension grafting The cost was 4 million won, and although it was over 4 million, with this and that included and some discount or whatever, I think they said they could match it up to 4 million I’m going to check out other clinics too
