I was looking into it because of uneven eyes + a loosened double eyelid, and Pop had a flashy vibe, so I went there. I wanted to see chief director G D G, but since I applied through an event, they said the chief director wasn’t possible, so I had a consultation with Director G J H.
What was unusual was that before the consultation with the director, I consulted with the manager, and the manager seemed to recommend all kinds of things. They even recommended an upper canthoplasty, which I hadn’t been thinking about, and looking at the reviews, it seemed like most people at P had been recommended upper canthoplasty and got it done. And the manager did everything like a doctor, making a diagnosis, creating the line, and all that.. It was a bit interesting.
Director G J H - Felt like they rushed out after finishing surgery. They looked young, so my trust dropped slightly.. Rather than recommending what kind of eyes would suit me, it was more like if I said what I wanted to do (epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty), they would tell me whether it was possible or not? The line was just so-so too, so I left for the time being.
I wondered if the chief director would be different, so I requested another consultation with Director G D G, but the manager recommended Director G S Y instead. (When I looked up reviews, it seemed like this happens a lot.)
Director G S Y - They said my current eyes suit me well, so I don’t necessarily need revision surgery. They said I don’t need any canthoplasty either. Still, if the uneven eyes really bother me, they also recommended revising only one side.. My trust went up here, so I made a reservation for now.
But I wanted to look at a few more places, so I requested cancellation for now and texted the manager, but got ignored I contacted them through ChannelTalk too, and when I said I was canceling, they only asked the reason and said that even if I rebooked, the price might be different from this amount. Then when I asked them to cancel, they left it unread again for 5 hours.. lol Even when I asked again whether it had been canceled, they left it unread, but when I KakaoTalked asking if I could change the schedule, they replied right away. Seeing this kind of attitude from the clinic made me suddenly disappointed, and I wondered whether they would really take good care of me afterward.
