I’m already 1 year and 2 months post-op after getting 3 types of facial contouring from a doctor who was really, really, really kind! I was told that walking or light exercise is good for post-surgery swelling~ and as I kept doing it, I developed a bit of an exercise habit~ my body got much healthier~ and I’m maintaining my weight very well too
Once you really start taking care of yourself... I think you end up doing even more... lol
Maybe plastic surgery is like a 1+1 deal..? lol;
For the 3 types of facial contouring, I had my cheekbones, square jaw, and chin tip done~ The line is noticeably visible in real life too, but the feeling is completely different when I take photos haha
Every time I take pictures, I think I did well getting facial contouring~
I think the doctor is really important too Every time I went for follow-up, he asked carefully about every little thing
He clearly explained what was possible and what wasn’t and explained things really well
Honestly, during the recovery process for facial contouring, there was definitely a period where I wondered, is this really right? My mental state got to that point In that sense, since the hospital, and especially the doctor, was really the only person I could rely on
The doctor kindly took care of my mentality~
He really was so kind~
I saw a very clear effect from the contouring~ so I’m doing very well!
I posted the before-surgery photos before~!
