It had been over 10 years since my first surgery, but my nose gradually started looking more crooked, and my nostrils and columella were deviated, so I had revision surgery. But on my low nose, they made a high nasal tip, extended the tip long and pointy, and the step-off on the nasal bridge is visible too. My columella and nostrils are uneven, and after raising the nasal tip, the nostrils look longer and the asymmetry is even more noticeable. I don’t know if it’s depression after the revision surgery, but it’s hard to meet people, and in this time when it’s hard to take off a mask, I don’t know how I’m supposed to get through it. It’s so hard.
