Does the area with dark circles get a little brighter? I get told a lot that my eye area looks dull. Even when I put a lot of effort into base makeup, because of dead skin and wrinkles, it feels like it actually stands out more.............. I have small, horizontally narrow eyes, so I’m thinking about doing it together with eye surgery. Would it be better to do them together, or would it be better to do them separately?
