I had facial contouring surgery (cheekbones, square jaw) 2 years ago, and I’m worried about sagging under the cheekbones and cheek sagging. My bone structure definitely got smaller, and when I take photos, my impression does look softer, but overall my facial fat is sagging downward, making me look older, so it’s stressful (mid-30s) What kinds of procedures are you using for maintenance after facial contouring?? I have a bit of facial fat and thick skin, so please share ways to manage sagging after contouring
