Before-after-after nose, how is it??? I didn’t use any ear cartilage or costal cartilage or anything like that, only one piece of septal cartilage... They cut the septal cartilage into pieces and attached them here and there... The director says my nose is high and very prettily done... How does it look to everyone??????????
