Hoohoo hello On October 27, while having functional nose surgery, I had the nasal tip built up with septal cartilage and the nasal bridge built up with silicone. After the surgery, the doctor said the surgery went very well, but I was shocked once because my nose was so upturned, and shocked again because of nostrils that looked like they had been carved out with a chisel. They said the nasal tip will gradually come down, so I’m trying to trust that and wait, but my nostrils are pinched and the nasal dorsum is pinched too. The right nostril is pinched so severely that the nostril is very triangular and looks very deep. From the side, the inside of my nostril is also very visible.. As time passes and the nasal tip comes down, will the triangular nostrils and pinching also loosen up...? Or should I request an AS/revision..
