It’s not a dramatically noticeable change, but if I don’t get it, my square jaw seems to look more blunt, so I keep getting it regularly. I’m satisfied because my teeth grinding has definitely decreased. Rather than getting it while expecting a big change in appearance, I think it would be good for people who grind their teeth or people who want to slightly improve the blunt look caused by a square jaw
