<Front view!!!>It’s finally been over two months since I had revision rhinoplasty using my own rib cartilage I can definitely feel the swelling going down so much more compared to the first month and the front view, which looked a bit blunt before, feels like it’s getting slimmer My crooked nose was also corrected well enough to be noticeable and my nostrils, which were asymmetrical, were corrected a lot too! You can really tell they tried as hard as possible to match them. (It’s definitely not 100%, though. I was told that no matter where you go, nostril asymmetry can’t be made perfectly symmetrical.) Anyway, I really feel like this is my final nose lol Long live autologous costal cartilage
