ㅁㅇㄷㅇ - The director was kind. He seemed very upbeat and confident. He recommended only long-curve square jaw surgery for me, but said that even if I did it, my face would become rounder. He said that on CT I have facial asymmetry extending to the chin tip, but if I do the long-curve procedure, since my chin tip is originally positioned lower, it would not be noticeable from the outside. I still have a bit of fat, so he recommended double-chin liposuction, but since I am in the process of losing weight, I decided to decide on the double chin later. ㅂㄹㅇ - The director has a style of amusingly giving blunt reality checks. He told me I need to lose weight first. He said I have facial asymmetry. I was going to do only the long-curve procedure there, but he said if I only do the long-curve procedure, my cheekbones would stand out more, so he also recommended cheekbone surgery. He also said my eyes are pretty, but they feel somewhat hidden because of my cheekbones. He said the empty space on my face is wide. I have nasolabial folds and thickness in the double-chin area, so he recommended liposuction -> I decided to decide on liposuction after losing weight. When I said I was worried that cheekbone surgery might cause more sagging, he said the tissue around my cheekbones has good elasticity, so it would probably be okay even if I did it. He also said the lower part of my face is actually a bit saggy, but even if I do square jaw surgery, it would sag less because of the muscles connected to the neck. Since I was hesitant about cheekbone surgery, he said then I should do the long-curve procedure first, and if the cheekbones are stressful, do them then. He also recommended cortical osteotomy. When I said I had visited 7 clinics including this one, he told me to trust him once. He also said I have sunken cheeks and recommended correcting the cheek hollows too. I briefly brought up, “Should I do my nose too?” and he said my original image is cute, but if I do my nose, that image might change. He told me to lose weight first, have facial contouring surgery, and then think about it.
