Hehehehehehe, first of all it was revision rhinoplasty, I lowered the columella while reshaping the tip with autologous costal cartilage, and replaced the silicone implant in the bridge. Unlike the first surgery, which just made my small, short nose higher, I had revision rhinoplasty to make it as long as possible~ and more feminine~ and to give it that kind of feeling~
It has been about 11 months now~ Even though it was revision rhinoplasty, my recovery was incredibly fast, so I was very grateful to my body for this revision surgery~
Because I lowered the columella for my short nose, the feel of the tip itself changed a lot, haha. With this revision rhinoplasty, it really feels much longer~
That said, it doesn’t feel artificial or awkward at all~ It feels like it finally fits my facial balance perfectly now, in some way?
