Two-month review of rear and lower canthoplasty at HN Plastic Surgery

I went because HN Plastic Surgery is famous for rear and lower canthoplasty. My eyes normally have somewhat blocked outer corners, so I wanted a rear and lower canthoplasty. I got information by leaving info comments on Reels that influencers made and on Reels where people were giving info in the comments, and all of it led to Hani Plastic Surgery, so I booked a consultation here. First of all, the director’s aesthetic goal: completely natural, without changing the impression, just slightly extending the length backward? That kind of vibe. With the director’s surgical method, it is absolutely impossible to end up with a ㄷ-shape or to have red flesh showing at the back, and that seems very unlikely statistically anyway. Unlike other clinics, they had me use my hand to stretch the back of my eyes from step 1 to step 4 and think carefully, like an assignment, about which stage suited me best by looking in the mirror before deciding by the surgery date. Step 1 is just a slight extension backward. Step 2 is a slight extension backward and also a bit of downward lowering of the outer corner. Step 3 is a bigger extension backward and more downward lowering too. Step 4 is a big extension backward and a lot of downward lowering, like a puppy-eye shape. They told me to think carefully about which stage would suit my eyes best and decide by the surgery day. I decided on about step 2, maybe 2.5? But right after surgery, until just before removing the stitches, it was insanely, just unbelievably pretty. After about a week, the stitches didn’t show at all and just looked like lower lashes, and because the skin was pulled back and downward and fixed with stitches, everyone around me, men and women of all ages, kept asking why I suddenly looked so much prettier, saying I looked way prettier, and for some reason kept telling me I looked gorgeous, asking what I did to my face and saying they didn’t even recognize me. But a week after removing the stitches, it went back to how it was before. Damn It’s the best that there are no side effects and that it’s done safely and naturally, but that’s why I regret not asking for a more dramatic cut when I first did it, even if it had looked more obvious..
