I went for a consultation about a facial-contour implant. There was one director, and as soon as they saw me, they said I was not very hollow and that inserting about 6–7 mm would be enough. When I asked whether I did not need it, they said that was not the case and that I would see an effect.. lol The method was an intraoral incision with silicone, without fixation. It matched the direction I had in mind, so I think I would have it done here. They confidently said there would not be much swelling, which made it more tempting. I am sure they would answer in detail if I asked more.
