Before-before-before-before-now I’m 8 months post-op after surgery for a bulbous nose + short nose + columella + osteotomy Before getting surgery, I had filler several times too, but it only spread out more and never improved my bulbous nose or short nose I was scared, but after thinking about it a lot, I got the surgery, and now I’m very satisfied It feels like all the residual swelling is gone, and the scar from the columella incision doesn’t show unless you deliberately look closely! I’ve also gotten used to wearing glasses, so now I wear glasses at home too
This is absolutely not a post recommending surgery, so please don’t misunderstand... After having surgery myself, I understand why people who got surgery after getting filler are so against filler Whatever you do, let’s be careful..!
