It's an era where men take care of themselves too

After <after surgery> Before <before surgery> The area I had surgery on was my nose (open approach, osteotomy, hump correction, nostril reduction). I wasn't usually very interested in plastic surgery, but my self-esteem had dropped a lot and I wanted to make a change, so I started looking into it. There were so many hospitals that I felt lost about where and how to start looking. Honestly, I didn't want to get it done at just any hospital. I absolutely didn't want something like revision surgery, and I'm also the type who finds things very bothersome... It's already almost been a year since I had surgery at the hospital I found that way. At first, there was a lot of discomfort. I even had to breathe through my mouth for 3 days, but even if I could go back, I think I would still have the surgery. The results were good, of course, but the reactions from people around me were also really good. My parents opposed it at first, but once they saw that the surgery went well and that I had become brighter, they told me the surgery turned out well. Now I'm eating regular food well, and I do eat tough foods too lol
