The facilities were clean, and I had a CT scan because I wanted to see things accurately. I consulted about removing the existing silicone and improving the side lines of my bulbous nose. The doctor said the existing silicone was thin, so rather than putting it back in, it would be better to remove it entirely and work only on the tip. I regret not asking more detailed questions about the side lines of my nose. They kindly asked whether I had anything else I wanted to ask. They said my septum was deviated and needed to be straightened during surgery, so the cost seemed a bit high. I was glad they did not bring up autologous costal cartilage. I heard waking up from general anesthesia is extremely difficult, so I was glad they suggested sedation for the septum and working on both ears. It was fortunate that ear cartilage was not used in my first surgery.
