It's been about three months since I had surgery at [Clinic A]. After my first nose surgery, I developed inflammation, then had revision surgery at another hospital, but inflammation happened again and I even developed columellar retraction All of it was done in Gangnam, but I was scared and couldn't undergo another revision. Then, through an acquaintance's recommendation, I went to [Clinic A] for a consultation, and the doctor spoke confidently, so I proceeded with surgery. I had my nose and philtrum shortened together. For my nose, I had revision surgery using autologous dermis, plus nostril coverage and alar elevation only! It's been three months, and there has been absolutely no inflammatory reaction like before. I'm extremely satisfied with the shape of my nose I'm living with immense gratitude toward the doctor....!!

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo1d Removal because of a foreign-body sensation from septal extension
Simply lowering the height won’t get rid of that distinctive heavy foreign-body sensation, right? I felt removal was the right thing to do, so I paid the deposit and booked it, but it’s a shame to lose the shape T_T

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo2d Only one side of my ear cartilage was harvested
I only had ear cartilage harvested from one side, so I thought that until now they had used only silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the tip. But recently, during a consultation about complete removal, I had an ultrasound…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo2d Should I really postpone implant removal surgery?
I currently have visible silicone, visible cartilage inside my nose, and mild signs of inflammation, such as occasional headaches and redness of the nose, so I want to have it removed. Honestly, I’m wondering whether I’ll be satisfied…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo2d Has anyone here had reinforcement with alar cartilage repositioning?
I am curious whether this is a commonly performed surgery, what the effects are after surgery, and what side effects it may have. It does not look severely sunken or problematic from the outside to the point that reinforcement seems…
