I had a consultation for revision nose surgery on Saturday, and they said that because I have a broad nose, I’d need silicone + broad-nose correction + alar reduction + autologous rib cartilage for the surgery Everything else is fine, but I’m worried because harvesting my own rib cartilage and general anesthesia scare me so much.. For everyone who had surgery using autologous rib cartilage, has there been any case of it being absorbed after surgery or anything like that?
