I had surgery about 10 years ago and have never really liked it, but I’m originally very timid, and I had the surgery while conscious, so I couldn’t bring myself to get revision surgery.. So I’ve held out until now, but no matter how I look at it, it was raised too much and my side profile looks like a witch nose My skin was on the thin side from the start, so there was some cartilage show-through at the nasal tip.. There isn’t any major problem yet, but I’m also afraid that it might break through someday, so although it’s late, I want to get revision surgery now, but I’m still more worried than anything.
Has anyone here had surgery to lower the nose compared with the first surgery? I currently have 4.5 mm L-shaped silicone, and I want to lower it to 3 mm or less. I’m curious what skin sagging is like after lowering it through surgery.
