Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> My bulbous nose looked like it was pressed down, and it stressed me out, so I went ahead and got surgery. My nostrils were uneven too, and honestly there wasn't a single thing I liked about my nose. I had bulbous nose correction, nostril reduction, and osteotomy. I asked them to correct it clearly, but rather than making it too obvious, to keep it moderate? lol I asked for a straight shape. It's been 3 months, and my nose does look a bit different depending on the angle. What do you think?
