My face has always looked cold, so I was looking for a way to change that, and that’s how I ended up getting mouth-corner surgery here. I hated the Joker look, which is one of the side effects of mouth-corner surgery, so up until the day before surgery I kept emphasizing that I wanted it natural and absolutely did not want the Joker look, and as a result the corners of my mouth were lifted without looking obvious, but it’s to the point where I can’t tell whether it was done or not. It’s better than ending up with a Joker look, but it’s so subtle that most people say they can’t tell I had mouth-corner surgery... It did lift more naturally than the feeling of getting lip filler.
