40s facial liposuction + mint thread lifting

A review from someone in their 40s who had facial liposuction + mint thread lifting + masseter Botox. Do you still expect face-slimming results from lifting procedures like Shurink or Ultherapy? They can make your face smaller for a short time, but you have to keep doing them forever, and the pain is indescribable. If it doesn’t hurt, the effect is probably really weak. For a double chin, I strongly recommend affordable double-chin liposuction. These days, besides Ultherapy, I feel like more people are also doing Thermage, filler, Rejuran, Juvelook, and similar treatments. Most of them have short-term effects, and the longest-lasting ones are probably filler and Thermage. Even then, it’s hard to make them last beyond a year, and longevity is important for procedures, so I think you should compare them carefully before deciding. At least facial thread lifting, Thermage, and filler can last about a year, so people do them. Procedures that last only a few months are things I increasingly avoid. When the sagging was severe, I wondered if I should get a facelift too, but after seeing someone around me who had one, it looked too unnatural and risky, so I’m going to think about that part again when I’m older. If, like me, you have a lot of chin fat and are full of double-chin and buccal fat, chin fat liposuction is good. What’s amazing is that even if you gain weight, your face still looks smaller. Skin Botox for the face, skin boosters, Mulgwang injections, Chanel injections, those became too painful and the effect wasn’t as good as when I was younger, so I stopped doing them. I’ve also tried many skin-tightening lasers like Tune Face, Doublo, and Shurink, but Doublo was too hot, Shurink didn’t hurt but had almost no effect, and Tune was similar. From your 40s onward, I think you really have to be careful even with procedures. Since it hurts too much, I recommend doing several things together when you’re under sedation like I was, and choosing something cost-effective with discounts rather than an extremely major surgery. What I liked about Dr. Jeong Won from Dr. Jeong Ri-ban, where I had facial liposuction + thread lifting, was how honest he was. He said I didn’t need double-chin muscle binding or other lifting lasers, and there was absolutely no overtreatment. He doesn’t do very long consultations and tends to tell you only what’s necessary, so it helps to write down your questions in advance. He had the most experience among the hospitals I visited, and maybe because of that, the surgery took less than an hour, making me feel like I had worried for nothing. Afterwards, there were no separate stitches to remove and nothing uncomfortable, which is nice. After facial liposuction, only the first day requires wearing the compression band, so it is somewhat noticeable, but by the weekend it’s manageable. In August, because of Liberation Day holiday, I think many people will do it then. If you’re deliberating over how to reduce cheek fat, visit many places and decide carefully. I have no regrets.
