It’s been 6 months since my nose surgery at Mighty. This was my first nose surgery, done to improve my bulbous nose, columella, and nasolabial angle, etc. I also slightly refined the bridge hump and reduced the nostrils at the same time. It was my first nose surgery, but I used autologous costal cartilage. I still have a scar on my rib, but it has faded a lot. Other than the stiffness from the autologous costal cartilage, there’s no discomfort at all, and it became natural just as I wanted.
