I felt like the director had a lot of knowledge and was very professional in the consultation! Using CT images linked to the iPad, he drew and explained in great detail how the surgery would be done and which parts could be improved! The consultation felt detailed and clean, and there was no excessive pushing. I felt like he explained a nose shape that would suit the overall balance of the face. And the manager really talked to me like an older sister, which made me feel very comfortable.
