I'm talking about the manager too. The day before surgery, they called and explained the precautions, and since I'd been worrying up until the day before, they explained a lot of things. Then on the day of surgery, after I signed the consent form and was waiting, they came in briefly, showed their face, and explained the event price, but after that I never saw them again from surgery until I went home. And after the surgery, I didn't get contacted even once. It's not like they necessarily have to take care of you, but I saw some reviews from other places saying they even took care of people on the way home, so I'm curious what the usual practice is.
