Eye Surgery Reviews

Finally ending a long deliberation with under-eye fat repositioning and double-line incisions ^^

It’s been over 20 years since I had double eyelid surgery, but for some reason I was never quite satisfied with it, so I had been debating whether or not to get a revision surgery ^^ As I got older, besides the double eyelids, the bulge under my eyes started bothering me, so I went for a consultation ~ Since I was there, I also asked whether it would be possible to open up the back part of the eyes because they looked a bit cramped, and whether a revision would be a good idea. After consulting with Dr. Romi, I was told that the under-eye area had a bit of protruding fat, but since there was almost no sagging of the skin or muscles, non-incisional under-eye fat repositioning would be enough to solve it ^^ For the double eyelids, the line was set quite high, but as time passed the eyebrows came down and the line gradually loosened and shifted downward, so it looked lower than before ~ I was also told the eyeliner tattoo was drawn rather thick, but it wasn’t visible because the skin was covering it ^^ They explained that lowering the line would make the eyes look clearer, and making the line a bit deeper would make the back space of the eyes look less cramped, and that the asymmetry, where the left side looked higher, could also be corrected to a similar height ~ But because the space between the eyebrows and the line was too close, there wasn’t enough extra skin to remove, so the only way was to do a double-line incision, and that’s how I decided ^^ It was clear they explained the method in detail during the consultation, so I felt there was no need to keep worrying for a long time, which is why I went ahead with the surgery. After the under-eye fat repositioning and double-line incision surgery, bruising remained for about a week, but after that it kept fading away, and the under-eye bulge that had been sticking out disappeared completely as the swelling went down ^^ They also lowered the double eyelid line neatly without making it look excessive, so it became much more natural ^^ After three months it looked so natural that I can’t even remember what my eyes used to look like~ Even during recovery I was so happy with the result that I kept recommending the clinic to people I met. They also said that if I later felt the thickness was a little disappointing, I could consider a forehead lift, but for now I’m so happy with it that I’ll come back later ^^
