I booked a consultation after reading reviews saying a lot of men go there. I chose this place because I liked the feel of a private clinic like Gwangsang Plastic Surgery, where Director Ham Ki-won personally takes care of you from start to finish, rather than a big hospital. In the consultation, my bridge was done with a silicone line, and for the tip they mixed ear cartilage and autologous rib cartilage to make it firm and corrected the columellar retraction all at once. The surgery took about 2 hours, and surprisingly I barely had any pain afterward. The rib area actually hurt more than my nose. On day 3, the swelling and bruising were at their peak, and the rib area felt sore every time I moved. After that, I could feel it calming down little by little as the days passed, and the photo I uploaded now is exactly 2 weeks post-op. The low bridge is clearly set up, so I feel proud every time I look at my side profile, and the columella that had been curled inward now feels naturally straightened out, so I’m really satisfied. They took care of everything thoroughly from the consultation to the surgery, so I feel like I made the right choice coming here.
