Gangnam DTSP nose revision surgery failed

6/4 surgery 7/28 revision surgery -> on day 4 I removed the splint at home and sent a text to the hospital saying I was unhappy. 8/3 stitch removal (removal of the gauze inside the nose) was my hospital visit, but the hospital was closed so I wasn't notified in advance and couldn't see the director. I went because I saw an influencer's nose and asked to have that nose made for me, but the nasolabial angle and tip position are not the same at all and I’m not happy. Nearly two months later they reopened it and did a revision, but it still didn't turn out the way I wanted. They keep saying I’m the one with the problem and that it’s just my aesthetic complaints. My assigned manager said she resigned on 7/31 (the new? changed? manager said, 'Yeah, I don’t care, whatever'). I had a nose revision surgery, and the previous materials were only ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but here they told me to do it with autologous rib cartilage so I had the autologous rib cartilage nose surgery (later I found out they also used Megaderm without telling me). My desired look was a refined, straight-but-slightly-curved line, and I showed them photos of influencer YJ. My tip used to look droopy whenever I took photos because the bridge was low, so that was the biggest reason I had surgery, but the moment I took the splint off after the first surgery I knew it was ruined. The nasolabial angle and tip are positioned too low, so my original impression, which was cute, just became neither here nor there. Before surgery I had clearly told the doctor I wanted emphasis on the columella and nasolabial angle, but as you can see, my nasolabial angle is now lower than before surgery, like a man's nose. Is a nose with a high bridge but ignoring the nasolabial angle and columella position really a flashy and pretty nose? I pushed hard for a revision over two months because my appearance anxiety was at its peak. But they destroyed the glabella and bridge, and the tip is way too round. It’s only day 9 now, but honestly the bridge being low is definite, and this still is not the aesthetic I wanted. Yet the doctor responds by saying he did his best for what I wanted. The surgery cost 10 million won, and I didn’t pay the anesthesia fee for the revision because I said I couldn’t. Does this look like a 10 million won autologous rib cartilage nose? The tip is too round too (right now it’s a half-curved line and I wanted a straighter line), and the bridge is again too low. Honestly I’d rather it had been silicone. I also live in the countryside, so traveling back and forth to Seoul is exhausting.
