I didn't wait long for the consultation, and the staff were just so-so kind. There was no pressure to book, and there was no consultation fee either. Like other reviews said, the doctor was extremely confident and very sure about the surgical method. You can ask questions, but I don't think things like "Could you do it using a different method than the one you mentioned?" would be possible...(I didn't ask) Before the consultation, there was a simple eye exam, and anyway, they seemed to care most about function, which I liked. I came all the way to BIO because my case was difficult, and I thought it was definitely worth visiting. You get what you pay for, that kind of feeling...
