Everyone Thinking About Hump Nose Correction, Come In and Read This

Hi everyone! It feels like just yesterday I was stressing every night over my hump nose and digging through community posts, and now it’s already been 3 months since my surgery. I had an implant, bulbous nose correction, short nose correction, hump shaving, and for the tip I used autologous costal cartilage to create a flashy straight line. Honestly, up until the consultation, I wondered whether there was even a solution for my nose since it had a hump, a bulbous tip, and was short too. But when the director looked at my nose, he gave me a very direct but reassuring explanation: shave down the protruding hump smoothly, and because the tip is short and blunt, build a strong support structure with autologous costal cartilage and bring the tip forward firmly if I wanted that flashy straight line to look good. He pointed out that using the septal cartilage or ear cartilage would not be strong enough for the flashy look I wanted, and could sag later, so I made up my mind right away to go with autologous costal cartilage. Honestly, removing the hump was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life;; Before, the middle of the bridge stuck out and made my expression look harsher, and when photos were taken from the side, my nose suddenly dropped downward, in short, it looked pitiful, so I couldn’t even take photos without a filter.
