Did I ruin my double eyelids?

I originally had double eyelids (semi-out to in-out), but because they were layered and the line changed every day depending on the swelling, it was stressful, so I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction. I did the ptosis correction because they said I had a slight ptosis My eyes were kind of sleepy-looking to begin with... They kept the line in the shape of my original line and adjusted the left eye, where the double eyelid kept coming undone, to match the right eye’s line, but the right eye seems to have become too much of an out-line, and overall it looks like sausage eyes I don’t know if only the right eye is taking longer for the swelling to go down, or if the lines were uneven from the start and they overcorrected too much. The right eye originally had a slim semi-out inner corner, but the inner corner became thicker and turned into a straight outer line. My family says it looks artificial and swollen It’s only been 25 days since surgery, so is it too early to say the surgery failed...? My original eyes were pretty, so I’m really worried and regret it
