I'm 2 weeks post under-eye fat repositioning + fat grafting, and when I smile, the place that originally had flesh has sunk in deeply. I don't know if they removed too much fat or if it just looks that way because of the swelling underneath. Has anyone had this symptom??? Will it keep being like this.. Or is there some way to fix it? Since it only happens when I smile, I don't think just adding more fat grafting would help, but if I put in fat and then it bulges when I smile, isn't that weird? I also have fox eyes, but the hollowing is bothering me so much I'm not in my right mind. I can't sleep and it's so painful. Under-eye fat repositioning seems to have so many side effects... hollowing, sunkenness, fox eyes, Mongolian fold, hook, adhesion, wrinkles
