My review after visiting D.O.W.O. for a nose revision consultation

It was a clinic I had seen often for a long time, and one day while walking by I saw people coming out after cosmetic surgery, so I just went in. At the clinic, they said I couldn’t get a consultation without an appointment even if there were no people waiting, so I made a same-day reservation through the phone number on the website. It didn’t happen right away, so I ate nearby, had coffee, and went to the consultation at my scheduled time. When I said I had made a reservation and came, they told me to wait on the chairs, so I waited about 30 to 40 minutes. Someone called a consultation manager told me to follow them and took me to a lower floor or an upper floor. In the consultation room, we talked briefly about what I was worried about, and when they asked which doctor I had come to see, I said there wasn’t anyone in particular. They said that since this was a nose revision, they would recommend a specialist doctor and told me to wait... Then 30 minutes passed... The doctor came in... We talked for about 10 minutes, and I said I wanted a pretty nose even if it was obvious I’d had cosmetic surgery. In fact, I have a bulbous nose and thick skin... The doctor was blunt and said the nose I wanted would be difficult, and that because my skin is thick, correcting the bulbous nose would be hard, but that from my current appearance it would become a bit more three-dimensional. They talked about autologous rib cartilage + ear cartilage + autologous dermis. They said it could change depending on the situation when the nose is opened. I felt down hearing that my nose probably wouldn’t change much. But there was no pressure, and they just said it could be done if possible and not done if not, without adding anything else. Rather, they seemed to be trying to help me with what I didn’t know by asking if I had any questions. After about 10 minutes with the doctor, the consultation ended... Then I waited in the consultation room another 20 minutes or so for the consultation manager. Honestly, it felt like they were making me wait on purpose.... The time I went was right after lunch, and there was only one room with people waiting in the next consultation room, so... I had to make sure my phone was fully charged. While waiting, I had to pass the time by gaming or shopping or something. When the consultation manager came in and quoted the price... Implant 3.85 million + short nose/bulbous nose/nasolabial angle correction 1.65 million + contracture 880,000 + gigeang 2.3 million = 8.58 million won. They said they would discount it if I wrote a review, but... there was an item called gigeang. I told the doctor I often had a runny nose and asked whether surgery was possible because I had rhinitis, and they said the CT was fine and I didn’t need rhinitis surgery. I don’t know why the gigeang item was included in the price... Since contracture was present, of course short-nose correction would be included, but they priced each item separately. I was also told that bulbous-nose correction wasn’t possible, but it felt like the consultation manager was adding as many items as possible. They said I had to pay a 100,000-won deposit to get the review-discount price... It felt like I was being overcharged, so I gave up on surgery. The consultation manager here doesn’t feel trustworthy and it felt like aggressive upselling.
