Honestly, it was obvious that the doctor in charge was busy and didn't really want the consultation to drag on for long. Bringing a wishlist didn't seem to mean much anyway? Still, compared with other contouring and jaw surgery doctors, I could feel that they were trying much harder to come across as kinder. The consultation manager and staff were much better than the rude staff at other hospitals, but the ban on leaking costs was the most awkward part.. It felt like they were trying to squeeze as much money as possible? It felt like they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible and lowball me
