I have lived with a cleft lip, so my nasal alae and nostrils were severely asymmetrical overall. People who didn’t know my situation thought I had developed asymmetry after getting rhinoplasty. My nostrils may not be very visible as long as I don’t tilt my head up, but.. My nasal alae were so asymmetrical even from the front I was always busy covering my face, and on top of that, I also had severe rhinitis.. Then I searched and searched for a hospital known for rhinoplasty and had a consultation at GNG Hospital. Even though the waiting time was very long, it felt like the wait was nothing at all because they explained everything so well, and the consultant treated me warmly like an older sister, so I was drawn to them and decided to have surgery there. Rather than wanting my nose to become extremely sharp, I wanted only the parts that bothered me to be improved as much as possible. I think that was achieved well, and they also balanced the shape nicely haha
