When I went for the consultation, the doctor was kind and enthusiastic, but the consultation manager was really rude and brusque. The people at the front desk weren't very friendly either. I've consulted at more than 20 places, and this is the first time I've been treated like I didn't matter. Even if the surgery turns out well, I wonder whether they'll really take care of me properly afterward. If complications happen or I have questions, I'm not sure they'll respond properly
