I had thick upper eyelids and sunken eyes, and got back-lateral-medial canthoplasty plus incisional double-eyelid surgery. I emphasized that I wanted a natural look, and it really turned out natural, so there is not much difference between before and after... I guess that is both the advantage and the downside.
