I had facial fat grafting because I had lost a lot of weight, and the doctor was very kind and explained everything in detail, so I went ahead with the procedure. I had the first round, and then a second fat grafting 3 months later. For the first and second rounds, they took fat from my thighs, and it did not hurt. Because the fat grafting area includes the boundary between the forehead and the eyebrows, I am not 100% satisfied.
