I had my younger high-school sibling's surgery done here. I wanted something extremely natural, but in the end it became a bit more glamorous. Still, the sibling themself is very satisfied, so that is fine. Another hospital said they would need to shave down the bridge of the nose, which felt a bit ... so we just did it here without shaving and inserted silicone instead. The nose was not low to begin with, so it seems to have become very high. It was a very puffy bulbous nose, and of course it cannot be completely corrected because that is part of the bulbous-nose structure, but it did become a bit slimmer.
