A few years ago I went for a consultation for double eyelid surgery. The hospital looked a bit old, but the photos in the website reviews were so natural, and it felt like a place that had steadily and safely established itself in one spot haha. In the end I had the surgery somewhere else, but I felt like if I had done it here, it would not have gone badly. Haha. It was just that I was in my early twenties and my budget was the priority at the time, so I could not do it. If I had, I think it would have been average at least!
