It wasn't the director who consulted me directly; the consultant recommended a combination of Ulthera and other procedures. But I said I just wanted Ulthera, and after explaining my facial condition, they said I would need a higher shot count to see results. The shot count felt a bit excessive, but I went ahead and trusted them. Maybe because they used more shots than others, I don't know, but the results are good.
