I visited 5 years ago for nose revision surgery, and because I was told I had a deviated septum, I had functional nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage. The director checked my progress and always responded with a bright smile. I thought it would be my last nose surgery, but now I am looking into nose implant removal and revision surgery again. I liked everything, but the tip was raised a lot in a way that did not suit my nose, and my nostrils became 11-shaped, though in the early stage after surgery the round shape was the biggest source of stress
