I had a bulbous nose and my nostrils were too large, but since my nose was already big overall as well, I shopped around and decided to have it done here. The reason I chose it was that I absolutely did not want to use implants and wanted to have surgery using only my own tissue. I am satisfied with the result, but I recommend not making it too high.
