It is just a factory-style dermatology clinic. I go because it is cheap and close, but you should not expect anything special. There are tons of people, and even with a reservation you may have to wait. Even Botox and simple procedures require a consultation with the manager, and they push add-ons a lot. Aqua peel and skin procedures are done on the lower floor, and there were not many people there, so it was nice. The staff member in charge of care was also kind. But going downstairs meant the wait was a bit long. Overall, it is just a good-value factory-style clinic
