The staff were, hmm, very low on friendliness.. From the moment I arrived they were blunt. The manager was also kind of, hmm, not really friendly. The director was also a bit reserved. Since this was a revision surgery, I went to several places for consultations, and here they told me it probably wouldn’t turn out the way I wanted and that it might look strange, and basically told me not to do it. I liked that they were honest, but I ended up getting revision surgery somewhere else and it came out exactly as I wanted, so I was left feeling very mixed about it
