I had a consultation today for cheekbone reduction. The hospital atmosphere was clean, and the consultant was kind, so I felt less tense. My concern is the side cheekbones and the 45-degree cheekbones, so I took photos and listened to the explanation while looking at the CT scan, and they explained everything in a lot of detail in a way that seemed tailored to my face shape, which made me trust them. It did not feel like they were pushing surgery on me no matter what, and they honestly explained the expected effects and possible side effects.
