I was told to write casually, so I'll write casually! The doctor at the first clinic I visited was really kind like in the other reviews, but the manager was rude. I asked exactly 3 questions and she immediately showed that she was annoyed and frowned.. The line they designed had a bit of a sausage-like feel, so I asked whether surgery would come out exactly like that and said it had a bit of a sausage feel, and she snapped that double eyelids can never become sausage and got irritated
