For my first nose surgery, I only had the septum and alloderm done for the tip, and there was a slight dorsal hump, but I was too scared to do anything about it. This time, with revision surgery, I decided to treat the dorsal hump too. After the CT scan, they said the septum was in a state where it couldn’t support the nose internally at all. The director was really kind and had a trustworthy voice. He’s an ENT specialist from Seoul National University, so I trusted his nose expertise and made a reservation to do it here, and the revision surgery will use autologous costal cartilage
