If you make a reservation and go, there is almost no wait. The price is somewhat attractive, and although it is factory-style, it is not exactly cheap. I had an NDA facial treatment, and the skin-care specialist did it while the staff just explained things like, this is that kind of thing. Meanwhile, the person doing the treatment was doing it half-heartedly; I have also gotten botox before, and that staff member gave me botox pretty well. I only ever get that same staff member whenever I go, so I have never tried anything with another staff member, but I think it is a place worth visiting occasionally if a specialist hospital feels burdensome and waiting at a factory-style place is tough. Half of the front desk staff are friendly and half are not great. Also, I wish the staff in the skincare room would stop chatting and giggling while the place is full of customers.
